about

The talented and inspired gentlemen performing these songs lived in homeless shelters and performed regularly on the streets of Manhattan in the era circa 1990. Their singing has inspired me ever since my first encountering them, which is documented in these recordings.

If anyone out there might know of the whereabouts of any of these singers, if any be still alive, please send a message via the "for all other inquiries" link in the upper-right portion of this page.

For various reasons which should be obvious and remain discrete, I am not charging money to download this album. For me, presenting this has been a labor of love, both heathen and divine.
